Standard Columns
HPLC or UHPLC, the choice is yours. The miniLC will operate using any standard HPLC or UHPLC columns; no need for specialty columns. Use your preferred columns for comparative results to your existing LC-UV.
High Pressure Piston Pumps
Two high pressure piston pumps are the workhorses in every miniLC system. Incredible accuracy, even up to 10,000 psi of backpressure, deliver flow rates from 0.1 mL/min up to 10 mL/min. From small particle size UHPLC columns to a rough, simple HPLC separation, this binary gradient pumping system can handle it all. The integrated degasser ensures no dissolved gases are in the mobile phase, delivering a stable baseline every time.

Variable Wavelength Detector
The variable wavelength UV detector, capable of measuring signal from 185 to 400 nm, ensures maximum optimization capability and the ability to match reference results, regardless of wavelength needed.
